Terms of Service

Clear, transparent terms for a smooth partnership

Project Allocation & Timeline

  • • We follow a first-come, first-served policy. We do not overbook projects beyond our available resources, ensuring every client receives our full attention and effort.
  • • The estimated time duration required to complete your project will be communicated before project commencement.
  • • There will be a 7-day preparation period from the date of advance payment to the official start of development. During this time, our developers will collaborate with you to create the project prospectus, which will finalize the scope and deadline.

Payment Terms

  • • A 50% advance payment is mandatory before starting the project. This allows us to reserve resources and begin planning and prospectus formulation.
  • • The remaining 50% payment is due upon completion of the final stage of the project.

Missed Deadline Policy

If we fail to meet the agreed deadline, you may:

  • 1. Cancel the project and request a full refund of the advance, or
  • 2. Continue with the project, in which case the remaining 50% payment will be waived, and the project will be delivered upon completion.

Project Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund of the advance is possible only if cancellation is requested before 40% of the project time duration is completed:

  • • If you cancel before the completion of the prospectus, you are eligible for an 80% refund of the advance.
  • • If cancellation occurs after prospectus completion but before 40% of the project timeline, the refund will be calculated using the formula below.

Refund Calculation Formula

Let:

  • A = Advance amount paid
  • C = Percentage of project time completed (from 1% to 40%)
  • R = Refund amount

Formula: R = A × (1 − C / 100)

Refunds are not applicable once 40% of the project time duration has been completed.

Project Changes & Stages

  • • Any changes requested to the prospectus after the initial 7-day period may result in additional charges and extension of the project deadline.
  • • The project will be divided into multiple stages. After each stage, you will be notified and asked for feedback to ensure alignment with your vision.

Hosting, Domain & Infrastructure

  • • For website projects, domain acquisition charges must be paid by you.
  • AWS hosting costs for websites and apps will be covered by us for 1 year.
  • • If your project requires higher bandwidth or server upgrades due to increased traffic, the additional hosting costs will be borne by you.

Maintenance & Support

  • • We provide 1 year of comprehensive technical support post-project delivery.
  • • After 1 year, you may continue support by paying a monthly maintenance fee, or opt out of ongoing support.
  • • Monthly maintenance charges depend on website/app traffic and usage.
  • • Maintenance includes: Bug fixes, Minor requested changes, Surge protection
  • • If you decide to discontinue maintenance services, please notify us at least one month in advance to ensure a smooth handover without downtime.

Client Responsibilities

  • • If you already have graphics or design assets, they must be shared at the earliest. Delays in asset delivery may result in deadline extensions.
  • SEO optimization is included at no additional cost.
  • • App deployment typically involves a 15–20 day approval period on both the iOS App Store and Google Play Store. This delay is controlled by Apple and Google and is not attributable to us.

Source Code & Intellectual Property

For ERP and Inventory Management Systems, source code will not be handed over, as it is the company's intellectual property. This is standard practice across the industry to prevent piracy.

Development Team Transparency

  • • Before project commencement, you will be introduced to all developers assigned to your project.
  • • Developers may choose not to disclose their primary employer. Please be considerate—each developer has been vetted and will share relevant past project experience.

Special Project Disclosure

For MLM websites or applications, full transparency is required. Our role is to develop, not judge—clear communication ensures accurate implementation.
